1. Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for our assessment.

2. Production Issues:

  • In the event of an issue with the production of your custom signage, notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • We will work with you to address the problem, offering either a replacement or a refund.

3. Missed Deadlines:

  • If we fail to meet the agreed-upon deadline for delivering your custom signage, we sincerely apologize. In such cases you are entitled to a full refund or a credit to the store, depending on your preference.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • We stand behind the quality of our custom signage. If you are not satisfied with the final product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund.

5. Refund/Credit Process:

  • Upon approval of your return request, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Store credits will be issued promptly and can be used for future purchases.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, items correctly produced to your specifications are non-returnable.
